Privacy policy

This policy explains which data Sentinela WP processes, why, and how you can exercise your rights under the LGPD (Brazilian data protection law). It applies to this site and to contact via WhatsApp, Discord and email.
Who is responsible
The data controller is Liedson Ribeiro, under the Sentinela WP brand. Privacy contact: zenitih@proton.me.
Data I process
Contact data you send me: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, Discord username, site and problem context.
Technical data needed to deliver a contracted service: authorized access, versions, logs and site files, always with written authorization.
Technical access logs (IP, user agent and time) may be processed by the hosting infrastructure for security and availability.
Why I use it
To answer contacts, prepare proposals, deliver the contracted service, issue invoices and comply with legal obligations.
I do not use your data for marketing without consent and I do not sell or rent personal data.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract or preliminary procedures (LGPD art. 7, V), legitimate interest for answering contacts and keeping the site secure (art. 7, IX), and compliance with legal or regulatory obligations where applicable.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use Google Analytics, tracking pixels, third-party cookies or a cookie banner, because there are no third-party cookies to consent to.
The only preference stored in your browser is the chosen language (localStorage, key zs-lang). It stays on your device and is not sent to me.
When enabled, the site may use cookieless analytics (Plausible, Umami or Cloudflare Web Analytics) to measure aggregate visits: pages viewed, referrer, country and clicks on contact buttons (WhatsApp and email). These services do not use cookies or build individual visitor profiles.
Sharing and transfers
I use infrastructure and communication providers to run the site and support (for example Cloudflare Pages, GitHub, WhatsApp and email). They process technical and contact data under their own policies.
Some providers may process data outside Brazil. When that happens, the transfer follows LGPD safeguards.
Retention
I keep contact and project data for as long as needed to reply, deliver the service and comply with legal or contractual obligations. After that, I delete or anonymize it unless the law requires retention.
Your rights
You can request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, deletion, portability, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent.
To exercise them, email zenitih@proton.me. I reply within the same business day and may ask for identity confirmation to prevent unauthorized access.
Security
The site is static, served over HTTPS, with security headers and no database. Client access is treated with confidentiality, NDA on request and least privilege.
Changes
If this policy changes, I update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on the site or by email to anyone with an active contact.
